Due to the continuing threat of the Covid19 pandemic, we will be carrying on with our Distance Learning Program ; at the same time, we will forego our usual Admission Test for our new students.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Report Card (Form 138/SF9) with indicated Learner’s Reference Number (LRN)
• Original copy of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
• One (1) recent passport - sized ID picture
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Certificate of Completion from the previously attended school in failure to present the Report Card.
• SF10/Form 137

Age Requirement:

Nursery - At least 3 years of age

Kindergarten 1 - At least 4 years of age

Kindergarten 2 - Must be 5 years old by August 1, 2021, with an extension period until October 31, 2021

Grade 1 students must have completed Kindergarten during the School Year 2020-2021
